install brigdge driver failed

i tried to install but i have an error:

install gbridge driver failed, ret code 2

what to do.

1. windows version?
2. any firewall installed?
3. any vpn installed?

I have also the same problem.
I use windows XP sp2, Zone alarm firewall, and no other VPN is installed.

Please make sure your xp is not 64-bits.

If possible, please disable your firewall and try install again. Thanks!
