Smile Simple instructions to set up SecureShares in GBridge

I've written a step-by-step guide to getting secure shares working between your home and work machines. Once again, its more verbose than may be necessary, but hopefully will help someone

The article is here:

http://www.newbtech.com/2009/03/how-to-use-secureshare-in-gbridge.html

Again, any feedback would be appreciated.

One comment:

In the blog, you mentioned that "Note: always, set up a password even though its optional."
Actually since Gbridge provides
1. strong user authenticate through gtalk server

2. strong data encryption and authentication in the data packet level

3. access control list for ever SecureShare.

So only the friend you allow can see the SecureShare. If you want to show your friend a SecureShare that is protected by a password, distributing the password to your friend will become a hassle. That's why we make the password as an option.

Still I suggest that you set a password for a SENSITIVE SecureShare that only you can see. BTW, Gbridge makes the password mandatory if a SecureShare's source is the root of a drive (like d:\).
