Hello! Why am I getting these duplicate files in my Autosync folders? Each file is exactly the same as it's duplicate, except the extension is .jpg--gbsync-1. The file views fine, like an actual .jpg
Why are they showing up, and is it safe to delete them all? Thanks in advance for your help! |

It is likely that the jpg files were modified (maybe slightly) after your first sync. You can do a binary compare to confirm that. Gbridge AutoSync will automatically keep up to N (this number is configurable in latest release 1.0.0.1191) old version if a file is changed. It is safe to delet those "gbsync-" files. It you don't want to keep the change history, you can configure the autosync item to set the "max # of version kept" to be 0. |
