Error handling and the recent Gtalk "crisis"
A couple of suggestions after the recent events:
1 - The program should be able to give explicit reports so that the user isn't completely left in the dark about what's happening. 2 - Gbridge could implement some sort of centralized "traffc conditions" alert mechanism: the user could be directed to Web page stating the current problem, or even receive a message about what's happening.
