Secureshare fails for some gmail ids

We are using Gbridge to connect around 20 different locations to our main office. We have configured one secureshare folder for outward sharing and another for inward sharing (not two-way sync). We use different gmail addresses for each location.

The system was working fine for around an year, when suddenly the secureshare stopped working at one location. It logs in successfully, but the secureshare alone does not show up on the remote end. Browsing the local secureshare folder works fine. We tried our best, but could not resolve. We logged in with a new gmail id and it works fine.

If we login using the old gmail id, secureshare alone is not working anywhere. What could be the problem? Is it a bug ?
