problem with installing the vpn address

Hello,
I want to connect the browser to the vpn.
In the address bar I wrote:
[url]http://home.shlomoscr1.gbridge.net:1972/csp/PSG/ht.csp[/url]
but it does not work. what i have to do?
In TeamViewer I wrote the IP address like this:
http//7.123.229.251:1972/csp/psg/ht.csp.
[7.123.229.251 is the IP for the remote user]
i would appreciate your help...
