Please help before I get out my S&W 9MM and kill another computer!!

I've been FIGHTING with this for four days.

I have a machine at home (H) and a machine at a friend's house (F). I've set up GBridge on both systems to be identical.

Running a test on 'H' works fine from my house.
Running a test on 'F' fails from his house and mine (he brought the comp to me to test)

I've checked the Windows Firewall and it has gbridge, gbvncviewer and gbwinvnc set as allowed, enabled and public,private.

I've disabled the Windows firewall with no changes.

I've uninstalled AVG Anti-Virus with no changes. (There's NOTHING else on this comp yet so I'm not too concerned)

I've uninstalled and reinstalled GBridge. The test still fails.

PLEASE HELP ME!! I'M GOING INSANE!!!!
