Why do I use this software to have a problem in China!

Why do I use this software to have a problem in China!My other friends have no way to see my share.Browser root resolution not area, always hint that the false chain answers!Excuse me, ?Am I install up of mistake still currently for Google Chinese customer's nonsupport?Please give an explicit answer with!ThankS!
