When connecting directly between two Windows computers with RDP you are given options as to how much of the desktop experience is forwarded over the RDP connection. For instance, you can choose not to forward the desktop background or to not smooth fonts. It would be nice to have those options when using gbridge to connect over RDP. I realize that the VNC connection does some of that automatically and is a better/leaner protocol but I have had more problems with making the vnc work through gbridge. RDP seems to work every time.

Actually you can launch Microsoft Remote Desktop Connection (mstsc.exe) directly from windows and specify gbridge host name or gbridge ip e.g. hostname.username.gbridge.net or 10.239.x.x to connect. You can even save the connection.
