Microsoft OneNote 2007 - Sync using GBridge

folks,

my friend and i need to collaborate on developing a User Guide; we would like to use Microsoft OneNote for a number of reasons.
he is running windows-7 (64-bit), i am running windos-xp sp (32-bit).

in order to sync databeses in OneNote, you need to be on a network -- so i 'assume' the gbridge vpn provides that 'network', yes?

has anybody tried this? syncing up OneNote databases across gbridge? anything i need to know?
i'm no super-techie, but i can follow instructions.
i'm asking so that i don't get myself hopelessly bogged down in stuff i don't fully understand.
