Trying to use this for the first time. Connected to a friend computer and am trying to download a shared folder. I'm getting the message "Cannot relay" with no further info.
I configured port forwarding on the firewall (to port 61888) but that doesn't seem to help either.
My friend told me that another user was able to freely download files from him so I guess the problem is not with his computer, but rather something with mine...
Any idea how to troubleshoot this?
Thanks!

on Friends tab of main window, the root of the tree, you can see:
"Gbridge: xxx network connectivity".
Sometime due to firewall or p2p-unfriendly route issue, direct connection is impossible. Configure the port-forwarding may help. To configure port forwarding:
1. click options icon in the main toolbar and select advanced options.
2. check "cutomized" tcp/udp port.
3. configure the correponding tcp and udp portforwarding on your router as well.
4. apply changes and restart gbridge.
5. check the Gbridge connectivity again. There are 4 possible connectivities: excellent/good/fair/limit.

I have, until now, a fine working GBridge connection with a friend. It works for three months now.
No problems whatsoever on my XP home pc, with no special network settings, in GBridge I did no setting changes so it is automatic with UPNP on.
Very strange: we are trying to autosync today, and after a couple of seconds it states 'cannot relay'. On my friends side it is the same.
So, in the Friends tab, he tries to Diagnostic Ping me, and it times out.
If I Diagnostic Ping him, it responds (with times like 0.8 seconds).
However, if he tries to browse my files (Friends tab, rightclick on one of my folders), it works. He can browse all my files. I also can browse his files.
Can anyone help?
Thanks in advance!

retry reboot your router. Some time router is confused and cannot do proper NAT translation, which cause the gbridge connection degrade to relay. For resource limitation reason, we disable delay traffic for autosync.
