how to start a backup

When I first create a backup, I get a form with a button next to the backup item that lets me manually start a backup. Is there a way to get back to that form to manually start existing backups without creating a new one? It would be nice to set an exact time to schedule a backup. A fixed time from the last one is not exact enough.

I see how I can start a backup using the autosync tab for the machine that I'm backing up to, but how do I initiate a backup from the machine I'm backing up from? Is the timing controlled on the machine that stores the backup?
