desktopshare file transfer limitations

It appears that desktopshare file transfer has a limitation in that it does not transfer whole directories. It just makes the error: File <directory name> is not accessible on the remote machine.

Or am I doing it wrong? I just selected the directory and clicked receive.

(It will move individually selected files just fine)

(I realize there are ways to automate movement of files, but the File Transfer feature seemed perfect for ad hoc file moves).

There is a bug in the vnc code that prevent you from transfer a folder. We will try to fix it soon. Meanwhile you can use easyBackup or authsync + vnc to transfer a directory. Thanks for using Gbridge and thanks for reporting this bug!
