I've set up and tested a remote printer using GBridge for a POS application. Both systems are on the same account. The test went well when we configured it, but after going back to the system 2 days later to use it, nothing printed.
Are printers mapped via name path or IP address? If name path, why shouldn't this work? Does a new session change any of the variables needed to establish and maintain a network printer's connecton path?
Secondly, does GBridge assign a new IP address each time it connects to GBridge servers? Or are clients given the same IP address each time they log on?
