Please check your local firewall setting. Likely gbridge.exe is blocked by your firewall. Please add gbridge.exe to the allowed list in your firewall.

Already checked, Firewall dos not block gbridge.exe. It is in the allowed list. but still it dos not work. My brother said that he gets a message, when he is trying to open his files, that some dns settings is not right.

Have you tried changing your DNS servers on your router? - or one or the other... .or both routers.... If one of you can use alternative DNS servers, you might get a better connection altogether. For instance, OpenDNS.org has great DNS servers - not sure if can be used outside the US, though. I'm sure there are others you can use if not... It's worth a try, and it's simple to do.

Google also has some new DNS servers - might want to look there. Whatever you try, put the DNS settings into your router rather than just your computer, and go from there..
