1. Will there be a mac version soon?

2. What is Google's opinion of this going to be? Aren't you kind of borrowing their "g" naming convention: Gmail, Gtalk, etc. And if this catches on like I think it might, could it cause problems for Gmail and GTalk networks?

Currently we don't have a plan to do a mac version soon. As a small company, we need to be very focused.

'G' can have many intepretation other than google :) e.g. Golden, Great, Global ... We want to make our Great product like countless virtual Golden Gate Bridges that connect all computers around the Globe easily and securely.

We only use Gtalk server to transfer presence info and assist handshake process of direct secure tunnel establishing, the load is not much higher than normal chatting, so don't think it will cause any problem on google's mighty network. The bulk data are transfered though the direct secure tunnel established by Gbridge.

Thanks you!

I would like to use gbridge to help costumers.

There are some limitations for commercial use?
The whole system depends in each case from your servers or use them only in case of relay?

Gbridge doesn't have any limitation, as long as its usage is not forbidden by the local law.

Don't understand the 2nd question. Can you clarify? Thanks!

I would say: To establish direct connection, two peers use only Gtalk system or also your servers are used? In case of relay i think yes, because all traffic beetwen peers certainly through your servers...

To establish direct connection, most of times only Gtalk server is involved. Gbridge application need to contact Gbridge server periodically only to probe the network environment and check for software updates.

In case of direct connection is impossible to be established, which is rare, the traffic will be relayed by Gbridge server (as you would see in the Links tab). We could have used Google's servers to relay, but decided not to do so, since it may be considered as abuse and provokes Google. We hope one day Google can allow us to use its mighty network and server farm to relay :)

not sure why your riched32.dll is missing.

you can try to download the dll from the following
http://www.dll-files.com/dllindex/dll-files.shtml?riched32

and put it under gbridge installed directory.
