Just to clarify what admin was saying, when you create your sync job, in the Edit Autosync pop up box, there is a textbox called "Exclude Files".
This contains all the files you don't wish to include in your Sync. You can also specify folders in here as well.
So if you wish to exclude "pop" as your folder, simply append pop at the end of that list.
Eg,
"*.tmp, ~*", ----> "*.tmp, ~*, pop"
There is no need to put "/" or anything like that.. just the name of the folder.. What this means however is that you need to add all your "subfolders" manually to this list as by default all be be synced unless otherwise specified above.
Additionally, any new folders you add to the main folder will be magically synced, so be aware of that and you may need to exclude these ones if you don't need them getting synced.
When I set up my media synching, i actually had one folder called "DoNotBackUp" and put all the subfolders or items i didn't want into here. Then it was quite easy for me to exclude this folder from the syncing process.
Hope that helps :)
