Hi,
When I am trying to log in I am getting one error message that

Please check your network connection.I is possible that the TCP port 5222 and 80 are blocked by firewall.


I am using the computer that is in a network.I am accessing Internet through a proxy server. kindly advice.

currently Gbridge doesn't support proxy. We will add the proxy support soon. Sorry for that.

BTW, what kind of proxy you are using? HTTP/HTTPS or socks?

Dear All,

I am facing a Firewall problem. I am accessing internet through a proxy server. Error mesage is port no 5222 and 80 may be blocked by firewall
