a gmail id with gbridge in it cannot log in. Other IDs work fine

I created a new gmail ID called gbridge.xyz@gmail.com

When I try to log into gbridge with the ID (gbridge.xyz@gmail.com) it does not work.

I can log into gmail with the id gbridge.xyz@gmail.com just fine.

I can log into gbridge with other gmail IDs.

If you need some log messages and tcpdump to debug this problem let me know and I will post it here.

I am using 1.0.0.1183 (latest) version of gbridge.

Any idea why this might be happening ?

maybe the new account is not propagated to the gtalk servers? Anything special in the password?

A. the password is "helloworld"

B. The account has been active for more then a month and it was working for 3 weeks and it has not been working for the last week. So I do not think it is a propogation related problem

Also I have PMed you the login name and password so you can check on your machine,

Somehow gtalk server doesn't like your username/password. We tried to use your username and password on a standalone vanilla gtalk client (not gmail client) and have login issue as well.
