sorry, we haven't prepared a video for that, since we thought it is very simple :-) Just chat with your friends over gbridge and click the "Send DesktopShare Invitation".

How do I set up a mutual google account with my mom... per:

Alternatively, you can also have a google account setup that is only shared between your mom and yourself. Having both computer logged in same account and you can have more control over her PC (as if it is your own.) without calling her any more.

Is the Desktop Sharing Invitation sent only once to the person... or do you have to send it every time I wish to help Mom????

We can chat OK... but, after chat, what are the exact steps to be able to control of her desktop? Why is it better to get a mutual google account to have more control?
