After reading other threads, now I get it. Since Gbridge VNC doesn't installed as a service, therefore once the screensaver is locked out, VNC will not work. But I have one question why the behavior in Vista and XP are different (see my other two threads)? And why in my vista case, the machine actually has not gone into screensaver yet.
This prompts me a suggestion to the Gbridge developer. Can you detect whether a machine has standalone VNC server service installed? If yes, can GBridge use that one of its own if the standalone one exists? This can at least solve the screensaver problem, which is a huge drawback.
Thanks.
