Problem connecting from an other computer

Hi.

I have had great success using this program and I have only run into one problem when trying to connect to my Computer from an other one. It would not let me connect at all. I had to get My Daughter to send me an Invitation and it worked fine. But when I returned home I checked the log and this it what it said (The connection is subject to further MS login credential check) Any idea what this means or what credentials they need to check?

Which function you tried to use and had connection problem? SecureShare or DesktopShare? When your daughter send you an invitation, she want to invite you to see her desktop? What do you mean "it worked fine"?

My guess is that you are trying to access your home computer, right? Are the source and destination computer all logged in to the same gmail account?

Yes, I am trying to access my home computer and both are logged into the same gmail account. I have done this before with out problems. But I was out of the country when this happened. I could access my Home computer with no Problems when My Daughter sent a invitation. But when I tried to log in with out that I could not.

you can not send an desktshare invitation to a computer that is loged in under the same gmail account. Please confirm that you are using the same account when you are out of country.

Were you in Europe? not sure whether the googlemail/gmail account conflict may cause the problem.

No when I had My Daughter send me an Invitation I used her gmail and she used the one on the Home Computer. That worked ok, But the time difference was a problem.

Yes I was in Ukraine. It seems that I will be spending a lot of time there on and off. I hate to upgrade my Computers to Vista Business, when you have this wonderfull service.

Do you still remember when you tried to connect your home pc from Ukraine without your daughter's help, i.e. two computers are under the same account, what exactly happened? At what step it failed?

Thanks for providing us more information so we may be able to solve this problem in the furture release.

BTW, Gbridge supports Vista Business.
