I run a self test on my office computer and it wont pass. What should i try next I get the message "failed to connect to server.
I disabled the firewall and got the same thing. I can access my laptop from my office but not my office from my laptop.

In most of the cases, it is because of your firewall. Can you access the secureshare on your office from your laptop?

No,I tried to use secure shares an get the same problem. from office to laptop ok from laptop to office not. I disabled firewall same result. I get a timeout error.

iAm having the same problem from MULTIPLE PCz to ONE particular Vista PC.
RU using Vista, too.?. Do U know howhere to access the Vista Firewall.?.
Why do they keep moving things around for no GOOD reason.??.:eek:
